As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be tasked with working on a number of enterprise network server projects.

Specifically, you will establish, maintain and provide the engineering direction for the connection and configuration of servers.

Working cross-functionally, you will act as the bridge between the technology portion of the company and the rest of the business to enable the design and implementation phases of large scale solutions.

The service that you provide will be of an exceptional caliber and you will uphold our client’s values of higher levels of services at all times.

The other elements of your role will involve:

- Supporting operational and engineering functions at client level
- Creating server installation orders to drive installation and configuration activities
- Evaluating customer requirements and ensuring that implementation meets these
- Working closely with Technicians and engineering groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Preparing operational and technical documentation

MUST have:

- At least three years’ related IT experience
- Technical expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange server, and mastery of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Knowledge of system security
- Technical writing skills

Enthusiastic and forward-thinking, as an IT Systems Engineer, you must be c omitted and customer focused with a belief in the value of communication and a great team player mentality. A sense of responsibility and the ability to see tasks through to a close is also key.
