Ladmac Engineering is a progressive project development consultancy outfit. Ladmac offers specialist services in the evaluation, design, engineering, project management, and construction management of mineral processing plants and supporting infrastructure.
We are a privately owned, independent consultancy with no shareholders, or associations with any equipment suppliers or construction companies. We have no vested interest in delivering anything other than high quality, cost effective project management and engineering solutions.

Job Description
•Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messages
•Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
•Maintain an attentive posture
•Provide information to callers,
greet persons entering organization,
direct persons to correct destination,
deal with queries from the public and customers
ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
•Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
•Prepare correspondence and documents
•Respond professionally to visitors and callers
Company Representation
•Maintain confidentiality and show discretion
•Adhere to company policies and procedures
•Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner
•Maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles
•Remain calm under pressure
•Provide solutions and support to the customer using in-depth knowledge of company products and services
•Distribute information efficiently
•Deal effectively with difficult customers
Education and Experience
•Minimum of OND/Diploma in any discipline from a recognized Institution
•Minimum of 1 year experience required
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
•Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
